Support resources for life’s challenge’s

Life presents us with challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. In my role as a Divorce Doula, I offer a unique blend of life coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and mentorship. It's important to note that my services are not therapeutic in nature. While I provide guidance and support through life transitions and divorce, my approach may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those who are experiencing or have recently experienced deep trauma.

If you are in need of or prefer therapeutic support, it is crucial to seek help from a qualified therapist or counselor. For those who may not be able to access private services like mine, there are numerous charities and organizations ready to help with various challenges, including divorce, family breakdowns, and domestic abuse. Below is a list of local and national charities in the UK, specifically in Kent, that offer support in these areas.
