You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your mental wellbeing; any mental and physical choices and decisions during and after the sessions. You understand that we do not offer any representations, warranties, guarantees verbally or written regarding any result of any kind. You understand and give express consent to online sessions being recorded for safety purposes but not shared without your consent. All data is protected and not shared. Except as specifically provided in this agreement or where the law requires a different standard, you agree that we (My Divorce Doula, Farhana) is not responsible for any loss, death, illness, property damage, or bodily injury, caused by your participation in the group sessions and/or webinar or retreats or care following the session and you expressly waive, discharge, release all liability and hold My Divorce Doula, Farhana and employees harmless of all such claims. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, My Divorce Doula will not be responsible to you or any third party claims by you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential, economic or other damages arising in any way out of your participation in any events. You expressly consent to any and all methods, and tools necessary that Farhana and employees may perform in your session as determined by them. You agree that the sessions are confidential and you will not speak, expose, inform any third parties of anyone who attended the group programmes, workshops or retreats. We process this data to enable you to partake in our promotions such as competitions, prize draws and free giveaways, to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of this advertising.  Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to study how customers use our products/services, to develop them, to grow our business and to decide our marketing strategy.

If this is necessary, we will seek your permission first and will do our website to ensure that the companies we work with have their own GDPR regulations in place. We will never share your information without seeking your permission first.
